EGLFC Registration Form 2025
Register online by completing the form below and clicking on the “SUBMIT Registration” button at the end. If you are paying by PayPal, you will be sent directly to PayPal to complete your transaction. If you are paying by check, you will receive payment instructions by email. If you are bringing a guest who is not taking a class, include their information and add their fees to your registration.
Online registration starts April 1st at 9:00 AM EST. Registration for workshops will remain open until June 1, 2025, or until classes are full.

Waitlist: If your first choice workshop is full, we will place you on the waiting list for that workshop and assign you to your next choice workshop with an open spot. If a spot opens up in your waitlisted workshop, you will be notified.
WORKSHOP SELECTION
Workshop registration includes a two and a half day class. Depending on how early you register, there is a chance that you will not receive your first choice, so please specify a second and third choice with your registration.
CONFERENCE WORKSHEET
We have arranged for a block of rooms at three nearby hotels. See the Conference Center & Lodging page for a description of the hotels that can be booked through EGLFC. Hotel registration through EGLFC has a discounted rate and avoids hotel taxes due to our non-profit status.
A SINGLE room has one king-sized bed.A DOUBLE room has two queen-sized beds.A TRIPLE room has two queen-sized beds and an extra roll away bed.All rooms have a private bathroom.
If you are bringing a guest, be sure to check the “Non Workshop Guest” option in addition to the room option for yourself. We prefer that you select a “Single Room” but contact us if you have an alternate plan in mind.
If you will be arranging your own lodging (not booking through us) choose the COMMUTER option.
NOTE: Class material fee is not included in the price of registration. Any material fee listed in the class description will be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class.

There are plenty of opportunities to be part of the team! Consider how you would like to help before, during, and after the event.
Also — we’d love to see what you’ve been doing! Please bring pieces of your work for the Member Exhibit and Fashion Show.
And — take advantage of our Studio Bonanza auction to clean your weaving studio and lighten your load! Bring your extra stuff for our fundraiser.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your total for the conference = ${calculation-1}
If you choose to pay via PayPal, we will add a 2.9% processing fee to your total.
We will add a ${calculation-2} PayPal transaction fee to your conference total. Your new total is ${calculation-3}.
Your registration will not be complete until we receive your payment by check. Payment is due within two weeks of your form submission to hold your spot. Make check payable to EGLFC and mail to the Treasurer: Jill Rouke, 4396 Sturbridge Drive, Erie, PA 16509.

After you submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Note: June 15, 2025 is the last day to cancel and receive a refund less $50 processing fee. No refunds after this date.
