What is the GPS address for the conference? Bellinger Hall is located at 77 Hedding Ave, Chautauqua, NY 14722.

When does registration for the conference start? Online registration starts April 1, 2023 at 9:00 am. Mailed paper registration forms and payment received before this date will be handled as if they arrived on April 1st.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email when I registered online? Check your email spam or junk folder. If you can’t find the confirmation email, contact the Registrar at registrar@eglfc.org.

What if I need to cancel my registration? Cancellations received on or before June 15th will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds after June 15th.

When will I be notified what class I’m enrolled in? You will hear within two weeks of submitting your registration form.

When will I find out what to bring for my class? The instructor will contact you before July 15th.

What do I need to bring to the conference for lodging? What is supplied? Rooms are dormitory style; towels, bedding and some toiletries are provided. If you are particular about your pillow, bring your own. Bring your own blow dryer and toiletries. Bring an extra blanket, afghan or comforter for extra warmth, as the provided blankets are of thin cotton.

What are the rooming options? There are multiple room options. Limited handicapped rooms are available. See the Lodging webpage. Specify your special needs when completing the registration form. See the Registration webpage.

Are Meals included? Are there vegetarian, gluten free or vegan options? Nine meals are included, all with vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options. Specify your dietary restrictions when completing the registration form. See the Registration webpage.

Can I bring a guest that doesn’t take classes? Yes, a guest option is available for $135. The conference participant most sign up for a private room with private bath to be shared with the guest. The guest can participate in all conference activities except classes. See the Registration webpage.

Is there Wi-Fi? Free wi-fi is available in both Turner and Bellinger Halls.

What’s the Stash Exchange? Free, free, free! Bring those fiber related items from your stash that you no longer want, take home some new stash. However, if it’s still there at the end of the conference, it goes back home with you!
