Registration will open on April 1st, 2027 for the next EGLFC Conference. A sample registration form will be posted here a week in advance so that registrants can look it over before registering. When registration goes live at 9:00 A.M. on April 1st, registrants will see an active registration button here:
The EGLFC 2027 conference fee includes a 2.5 day workshop, meals, and several lodging options.
Lodging: The 2027 conference will use dorm-style housing at the Greene Family Commons. The dormitory room options are a SINGLE room with either a private or a shared bathroom, or a DOUBLE room with either a private or a shared bathroom.
A limited number of disability access rooms are also available with walk-in showers, grab bars and shower benches. These rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants can specify their needs and preferences on the registration form.
All rooms include meals, free WiFi, and access to the swimming pool and fitness room at the Turner Community Center.
This conference offers a commuter option for those driving to the conference from home or who prefer to make their own lodging arrangements.
Meals: Cafeteria-style meals include nine meals: light dinner on Friday through lunch on Monday. A Sunday banquet dinner for all participants is also included with the conference registration fee. Vegetarian and take-out options are available at meals as is beverage service throughout the day. There is a question about dietary preferences on the registration form.

Pricing of rooms at the Greene Family Commons is based on a per person rate that only varies if you are in a room with a private bathroom verses one with a shared bathroom. That is why the per person pricing for SINGLE and DOUBLE rooms is similar. The number of SINGLE rooms is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The majority of assigned rooms will be DOUBLES. All of the beds have twin mattresses. Linens and pillows are supplied with all dormitory rooms.
Non workshop guests of registered participants must book either a SINGLE room/shared bathroom (with their host), or a DOUBLE room (with host)/private bathroom.

NOTE: The class material fee is not included in the price of registration. Any material fee listed in the class description will be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class.
We will accept payment by check or with PayPal. If registrants choose to pay with PayPal, a small processing fee will be added to the total. Payment in full is due within two weeks of registration but accommodations may be considered by special request.
