Registration will open on April 1st, 2027 for the next EGLFC Conference. A sample registration form will be posted here a week in advance so that registrants can look it over before registering. When registration goes live at 9:00 AM on April 1st, you will see an active registration button here:
Registration Details: Your EGLFC 2027 conference fee includes a 2.5 day workshop, meals, and several lodging options.
Lodging: We will use dorm-style housing at the Greene Family Commons for the 2027 conference. The dormitory room options are a single room with either a private or a shared bathroom. Two friends can book two single rooms with a shared bathroom to get a reduced lodging fee and a roommate type experience.
A limited number of disability access rooms are also available with walk-in shower, grab bars and shower bench. These will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants can specify their needs and preferences on the registration form.
All rooms include meals, free WiFi, and access to the swimming pool and fitness room at the Turner Community Center.
We also offer a commuter option for those driving to the conference from home or who prefer to make their own lodging arrangements.
Meals: Cafeteria-style meals include nine meals: light dinner on Friday through lunch on Monday. A Sunday banquet dinner for all participants is also included with your registration fee. Vegetarian and take-out options are available at meals as is beverage service throughout the day. We will ask about dietary preferences during registration.

Non workshop guests of registered participants must book a SINGLE room which shares a bathroom with their host.

NOTE: Class material fee is not included in the price of registration. Any material fee listed in the class description will be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class.
We will accept payment by check or with PayPal. If you choose to pay with PayPal, we will add a small processing fee to your total. Payment in full is due within two weeks of registration but accommodations may be considered by special request.
