What is the address for the conference? Conference Center at St. Bonaventure University, Doyle Hall, 3261 West State Road. St. Bonaventure, NY 14778
When does registration for the conference start? Online registration starts April 1, 2025 at 9:00 am. No paper registration forms will be accepted this year.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email when I registered online? Check your email spam or junk folder. If you can’t find the confirmation email, contact the Registrar at registrar@eglfc.org.
What if I need to cancel my registration? Cancellations received on or before June 15th will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds after June 15th.
When will I be notified what class I’m enrolled in? You will hear within two weeks of submitting your registration form.
When will I find out what to bring for my class? The instructor will contact you before July 15th.
What do I need to bring to the conference for lodging? What is supplied? All three hotels are nationally known for modern conveniences. For more detail, check their websites.
What are the rooming options? For those who register early there will be multiple room options including single, double or triple. Limited accessible rooms are available. See the Conference Center/Lodging webpage. Specify your special needs when completing the registration form.
Are meals included? Are there vegetarian, gluten free or vegan options? Breakfast is included at each hotel. Lunch and dinner will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday. A goody bag of snacks will be waiting for you at check-in. We will not provide box dinners/lunches. Several quick-serve restaurants are nearby for you to enjoy a meal either before the conference on Friday or afterwards on Monday.

Can I bring a guest that doesn’t take classes? Yes, they’ll need to cover the costs of meals – just note them on the registration form. To take advantage of the block rate, your guest must be sharing a room with you.
Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, both the University and the hotels provide free Wi-Fi.
What’s the Studio Bonanza event? New this year is a ticketed raffle. Bring fiber-related equipment, books and yarn that you no longer want and take home some additions to your studio. It’s a fun event that will help replenish the EGLFC reserve account. Please note, if your donations are still there at the end of the evening, be sure to take them back home with you!
Can I bring wine to the conference? You can enjoy alcohol in your own hotel room but not in the public areas of the hotels or the conference center. We opted to forgo the expense of serving wine at the banquet this year.
