Registration Details:  Your EGLFC 2025 conference fee includes a 2.5 day workshop, meals, and several lodging options.  

Lodging: Our usual dorm-style housing is unavailable this year.  Instead, EGLFC has arranged for a block of rooms at three nearby hotels in Olean: Fairfield Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express and Best Western Plus.  All include breakfast, free WiFi, a swimming pool and fitness room.   Book through us, avoid the tax, and save!

Meals: Free hot breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be served at the hotel for registrants booking their stay through us.  Cafeteria-style Saturday and Sunday lunch and Saturday dinner will be served to all conference participants on the St. Bonaventure campus.  A Sunday banquet dinner for all participants is also included with your registration fee.  We will ask about dietary limitations during registration.

Conference registration options:
Workshop attendee: 2.5 days of class + SINGLE room + 7 meals = $900
Workshop attendee: 2.5 days of class + DOUBLE room + 7 meals = $675
Workshop attendee: 2.5 days of class + TRIPLE room + 7 meals = $600
Workshop attendee: 2.5 days of class + COMMUTER + 4 meals = $450
Non workshop guest: 7 meals (host must book a single room) = $110

NOTE:  Class material fee is not included in the price of registration. Any material fee listed in the class description will be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class.

We will accept payment by check or via PayPal.  If you choose to pay via PayPal, we will add a 2.5% processing fee to your total.

The last day to register for classes is September 1st, 2025.  The last day to cancel and receive a refund less $50 processing fee is June 15, 2025.  No refunds after this date.
