Payment Information
EGLFC will accept payment of monetary donations or registration fees by check or by PayPal. If registrants choose to pay with PayPal, a small processing fee will be added to the total. Payment in full is due within two weeks of registration but accommodations may be considered by special request. Conditional refund of registration fees is explained the website page https://eglfc.org/deadlines/ Returned checks will be subject to a returned check surcharge.
Applicable law
By using this website, you agree that the laws of New York, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between EGLFC and you, or its business partners and associates.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EGLFC and its affiliates and hold EGLGC harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services.

EGLFC is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Disputes
Most disputes related in any way to your use of this website or products purchased from us can be resolved informally by the Executive Committee of the EGLFC Board of Directors. Any unresolved dispute shall be arbitrated if necessary by state or federal court in the state of New York and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
